Protecting concrete

anybody know what I can apply to concrete which is very quick drying to stop chemicals/water eating a way the concrete? Would struggle with anything that takes more than a couple of hours to dry.

Thick rubber matting

There are the resin type products. Problem is the surface needs to be clean & dry & probably needs 24 hours to cure

Resin with extra hardener to speed the cure. You would need to blowtorch away any moisture beforehand though.

Just done a silage clamp with Q seal , 3 coats in a day, went off pretty quick and seems quite hard.
Only time will tell.
