Public access, permissive paths, signage...

We have had an illustrator friend help make a really good map of our farm with all the footpaths and bridleways as well as '7 reasons to keep to the footpath'. Hoping to get this printed and mounted in several locations with something weatherproof and sturdy. I appreciate nothing is bombproof from someone intent of taking a sign down/defacing it, but we have good relationships with the village and I suspect this shouldn't be a problem.
Has anyone come across a good sign company?
Has anyone built/welded anything that has worked (re: mounted board) that they want to share?
Thanks!
