More footage of reckless machinery users emerges as HSA seeks out culprits

More disturbing footage has emerged of young tractor drivers performing reckless manoeuvres on Irish farms, with the Health and Safety Authority now seeking to identify the culprits.

Don't know what the law is in Eire, but in the UK the farmer is responsible for all H&S issues on his property. If you even suspect (no proof needed) that someone is operating machinery while unfit due to drink or drugs, you will be held responsible should anything happen. Doesn't make any difference if they work for a contractor
