More disturbing footage has emerged of young tractor drivers performing reckless manoeuvres on Irish farms, with the Health and Safety Authority now seeking to identify the culprits.

Have to agree, remember settling a dispute on the fastest 30yrs ago , a IH 855xl super of ford 7610 series 3,
the IH was a full 2mph quicker, it did 24!!!!.
Didn't do it wiht a trailer load of round bales and a camera on though!!

He is only putting his own life at risk so what does any agency got to do with it? If he hurts himself in any way doing this I imagine it will be clear that only he himself is to blame. Don't let the nanny state jump in, take your own responsibility.
