I am putting net wrap into a RP 202 for the first time. I wanted to know how you pull the net through the rubber rollers. Any tips? I've seen this video several times, but it didn't seem to answer my question. Many thanks.
That did cross my mind, however I can't seem to find the knife lock. I'll have to have a look in the day light. Thank you for your help.Just turn the roller by hand but most importantly pull back and lock the knife bar before turning the roller or you'll be needing some new fingers!
Can’t find any stickers on it whatsoever. You need it round that bar at the back aswell. Isn’t there a sticker on the lid showing how to feed it through?
Welger net goes up the back as he's got it but will work either waySorry I beg to differ - I always put it in like that then wondered why the lock on the left side was pulling the wrong way and I had to cable tie it! Then I really looked at the sticker... roll wants to be pulling anticlockwise from the end in his picture...
I put at least 1 pallet of net a year through mines it doesn't matter what way it comes off the roll as long as it's round the barsThink we all agree about that... I'll go and take a pic of mine in a minute... and the sticker - unless he's worked it out by now!!
Ah yeah I forgot about that on the original netter .Yours must have a different lock for the cone end to mine - mine's quite old, a RP220 - if the net's going round the wrong way then the cone lock comes undone... I'm only doing a couple of thousand a year not pallets of net... plus I've got a bale unroller so it helps being consistent cos then you know which way the bale's going to unroll on the handler!!
