Quad/atv ride round the farm

Wanting to do quad/atv vehicle rides round our farm,would be round the outside of the fields and be around 6km long,maybe twin sweater atv so would be twice round so each can have a go.minimum age is 12 ,I think the 28 day rule is reduced to 14 days for this kind of thing,does that apply to the whole farm or is it for where the ride would be,ie can you do different fields for 14 days each? Would want to do from April to September mainly weekends

Probably depend on what your neighbours are like,we had model aeroplanes which eventually started to annoy a particular neighbour who complained to council and they told us we could only fly 28 days a year without planning,if your neighbour starts noting when you are doing it then 28 days will be your limit
