Quad Trailer For Slug Pelleter

Would like to spread slug pellets to 30m to suit tramlines. Stocks Duo seems to be the most likely to spread this distance but too heavy for the quads rack?
If I mounted the Duo in a trailer, with its own suitcase generator, for the quad to pull would a twin oscillating axle with quad tyres ride smoother than a single axle?
Or is the whole idea rubbish?

I have mine on a single axle trailer with wide tires and it rides lovely even on rough ground.
