Nugent would have to be worth a look!
I have a 7x4 CLH I bought new in 2005? I wouldn’t recommend another BUT that was a long time ago and they’ve seriously upgraded it since then, new axles being fitted to it next week hopefully and probably a new floor.

Got a couple of prices from nugent but they dont do a 8x4 with a sheep gate in the back door or a lamb divider

Yes Mursal, I totally agree with you there, A heavy pull empty, worse when filled with wet sheep etc.
Are there any good tyres that are really dual purpose or at least take 35-40mph?
I fitted the heavy duty tyres from a logic bale transporter (unsure if your familiar with the size) onto my 7x4 trailer and now it doesn’t make a mark with 7 big ewes in it. The standard balloon tyres that were on it from new looked like they’d burst with 7 ewes in!
