This cracked me up when I saw it. The hole length of fence was full of mistakes. I know that this thread doesn't condone the use of a tape measure, but bloody hell it's not hard to put a fencing stake in at the correct hight.

I would put up a picture of my latest bodge but the bodge has been carried out on my phone and that's got my only camera! On Saturday which was the first real jumper off day, the phone was in my shirt pocket as usual and as I bent over to put the drop down bolt on the garage door out pooped the phone onto the floor. No worries I thought with it being one of those fairly indestructible Mann Zug jobbies but no, the battery must have rattled inside as it hit the floor from less than 3' and snapped the little lugs that hooks the back door into the phone.
So now I have a cable tie wrapped round the phone keeping it all together, I did have to cut the first off and rearrange the next one so the "buckle" bit didn't keep scratching my ear when using it as a phone. The tie does interfere a little as it half covers a line on the keyboard when doing text messages plus swiping can be a bit problomatic at times.

I've got Gaffa tape and insulation tape but it does need to go right round the phone and then it takes up half the screen! How am I supposed to type in any replies on the forum if the keypad is covered in tape? ;)
Then there's the problem of the glue off the tape seeping out because of the warmth of the phone and when it's right up to my ear, it'll get attached! I can't be doing with that, I'm not a teenager anymore :)

I was thinking tape around the outside, bit like a picture frame, if that makes sense

I did think about the tape on the outside edge but unlike a "normal" phone the Zug phone is somewhat waterproof and the back is screwed on pressing against a rubber seal which quite stiff. I really need a replacement door just trying to find the contact for the manufacturer when I get 5 minutes, a quick Google hasn't thrown up much only sellers all around the world.

Thats a cop out, a real bodger would do a phone selfie, and before you say it wont work, just think about it, just needs a mirror, if you are a true bodger it will be the old busted one off the telehandler
