Yes if done on a decent guage of steel, especially good if rest of sign painted.Did think a highland would look good unpainted in the rusty red.

Of course as soon as the shed is full, you will need the wheels for some un-forseen emergency. Neccessitating the purchase of another set!Having filled the straw shed with wheels over the spring and summer, I needed to get some straw in.
Managed to 'hide' the narrows against a wall. View attachment 561172
and a few rims at the other side. View attachment 561174
Sadly proud of getting them out of the way. Space for a few more yet.

any 215/75 17.5 on 10 stud twin rims?
If it makes it any better the jubilee clips came in a bucket of useful 'sh1te' from a farm sale....I really appreciate your non disturbance of that valuable patina acquired through years of careful neglect.
Tis however a wile pity about the 2 brand new jubilee clips.

Www.mod-sales.com are having a tyre auction, check them out!Are they a bit rare? Funnily enough I'm looking for some ..... really, I'm not joking so do tell
I've this size on my 2 bale trailers and have accumulated a few spares for the next project but always on the look out for more. The tyres are available ex 7.5 tonne wagons, but they're not rated for commercial low loaders etc but good for farm bale work. Are they a bit rare? Can't be too careful.Whats with the wheel stockpiling?, are they going to un-invent the wheel ?
Can't be too careful.
I was deprived of spare wheels in my early career so rarely turn them down now.
Don't seem to get as many punctures now though.
That's not a stockpile.....
I'm choosing instead to wean myself gradually. Can you not get counselling to get you over this?
That could make an unusual episode of "compulsive hoarders"I'm choosing instead to wean myself gradually.
The tyre shed is becoming a cottage soon.
I'm not sure my way is working all that well.
