Bodge suggestions for this manifold - silencer joint to cut down on the noise and smoke? Exhaust paste and small g clamp?

Fill the gap with Exhaust paste then wrap with Exhaust bandage.

Looks like abuse and neglect to me.Centre post fell out of the stone trailer.
Cue an utter bodge, MIG welding rotten steel in a gale was never going to be pretty.

I've seen that. It's a wonder the rear axle can take the weight.Bodge to protect silly plastic bumper from trailer drawbars.

Thanks to the ferrous oxide based weight reduction system, fitted as standard to all land rovers, the weight on the rear axle should be about the same.I've seen that. It's a wonder the rear axle can take the weight.
