Expensive but VERY good.
no, their not dear, not in the grand scheme of things in parts today anyways, nord lock were the first to design them, others have copied since, i keep the wurth orsy100 assortment of them here and keep it topped up, they aren't a washer your going to throw at something each time you need a washer (washers in general being a fools game) but they are specifically for a problem like hesstondriver has, these don't loosen, as you say, VERY good.

my man Mohammed will explain the junker test.

torque values for tightening up z bolt.

View attachment 788570 My overalls are officially banned from the washing machine ( apparently I’m the only one in our house who can’t smell diesel ) . So today’s creation consisted of a secondhand length of copper pipe three lifting brackets off a Cummins 6bt engine and a steam cleaner . I think the results were better than the washing machine .
And no detergent polluting the drains (y)

(Unless you used detergent through the steam cleaner )

Well I have to admit I did use a bit of tfr but it was left over in a bucket I used when I washed my tractor the other day . Oh and before anyone asked I did use some tech bolts but I will keep an eye on the weather and put them back on the grain store roof if it talks of high winds .
