I’ll put this in as a quick fix . Silage wrap got flooded and paper core are now swollen and won’t fit the stretch unit :

It depends on your forward speed but I don't think it'll get above 1000 rpm.

It's close enough under the rear of the quad that it'll never be able to fling a stone at you, plus it's safe because when you stop it stops.

depend on your situation but I would be worried a lamb thinks the bike is mum or maybe some footpath Walker with loose dog. Perhaps a pin could drop in front of the blade stopping it instantly and the wheels would just lock up with no real weight on them
