got that same drawbar in my 'project dept' , going to be a silage pushed beam, as axles have go on a mobile cattle race and sold the bed and gearbox on facebook to a nice chap in pembroke, wasnt bad for £140 mower from a sale !!!!

A bale was dropped on my firewood holder/saw horse thing and flattened it. (Don't ask )
Needed to saw some old posts but didn't see me being able to weld the tin foil steel up well enough so came up with this. Just 4 old posts knocked into the ground in a square about a foot apart.

It's better than the saw horse thing I won't bother to even try fixing it now.

Leak in the fuel line on the old ford meant a) a puddle of diesel and b) sucking in air so it wouldn’t run . With nothing else at my disposal other than a round bale of silage- bale wrap and net to tie off cured the leak

I heard it was meant to be factory fitted but the design engineer couldn’t draw the knot correctly On his technical design drawings so they scrapped the idea

It’s a tractor that came in to work for hydraulic repairs a few years ago and as far as I know it’s still like that now

It's like one of them things in a puzzle book - "Which way will the pulley turn if you pull string A"

I don't ever recall the solutions in those books ever being just get out your knife and cut the tangled up string it off.
