Yeah yeah... thought I would treat myself in making life easy :) I have enough bits of baler twine already holding the barns together..

Done on a Ender 3 v2 with Bltouch for bed alignment, 1mm nozzle 0.5mm layer height. You can pick up Solidworks 2021 hobby edition for about 100 pounds for a year and download PrusaSlicer for free.

About 3 years ago @Dman2 let me have some white sheets from his farm shop.
I finally found a job for them.
Second skin on a pair of corrugated tin doors. Keep the cold out and make the shed brighter.
No welding takes place at this end of shed.

Hole in floor in foreground is for 2 post ramp installation. Not a bodge but shiny new one.

Anyone got a 3d printer that actually runs on binder twine. No? Well somewhere on a farm, in a mucky shed, someone will be coming up with the kiddy that does. Just don't hold your breath
I'm tempted to use some reused bale string on the door of my printer enclosure. Party because the glue on the magnets didn't last and partly just to make a statement.

I knew a chap who bought a brand new tractor some years ago, the dealer supplied it with a new unopened roll of baler twine with a note along the lines of "We know that it won't be long before you break something, so rather than relying on second hand twine we thought that we would treat you to a brand new roll!". That roll stayed on the shelf for years as it was "too good to use", up until the rats had chewed it into short lengths.
