Quick snap hydraulic leaks?

Have several of the above leaking badly and it goes badly against the grain having to replace the whole thing when it only needs an O ring. Can anyone tell me the correct size of O ring to get ? thickness and diameter. TIA.

"Seal repair kit for quick release coupling" on farm marketplace for 99p. Sparex kit with the nylon rings.

As above, and you are wasting your time just changing the o rings, pretty sure its the nylon rings that seal the oil, the o rings are basically a backup washer.

Other way round. The nylon guides the fitting and keeps the o ring in place which does the sealing

It can takes quite a few tries to find the right size of O ring. Size has to be exactly right to work. I take them to the shop and we go through all the boxes to find a match then make a note for next time, if it seals OK.
There are many different sizes for what you would think was a fairly standard part.

13/16" x 3/32" or 1/8" seems to be the choice in the sparex kit

We used to have 3/8 on the manitou and we just bought a bag of o rings. Sure, it chopped them through pretty quick without the backer ring but at a couple of quid for a hundred rings who cares? Much quicker to change too.
