Hi, looking for a new shear grab after our current grab will likely be written off. Current one is only 5ft 6 (0.9m3) and looking to go bigger to reduce time feeding if possible. Looking at an albutt which probably speaks for itself but also looking at a quicke/ Silocut. Anyone any experience of them and would a 1.8m3 be fine on a 3.8t machine? Thanks

We bought a 1.8m wide Quicke this winter. Hardox tines. Very pleased with it, seems to be well made. It was a choice between that and Albutt for us too. Quicke fair bit cheaper, and other Quicke attachments we have had been grand, and we get on well with the dealer, so went for it. It is made in China.
