R T rodent control

Got the obligatory non conformance to sift through following recent inspection, one of them being an environmental risk assessment for rodent control. I can answer most of the questions but what is the official and correct method for disposing of rodent carcasses and spent bait? I assume my usual method will be frowned upon by the powers that be. I may get away with burying the dead rats but can I do with any spoilt bait? Say there's never any as it's all been eaten?
I'm hoping it doesn't require more expensive hazzardous waste disposal certificates.

Say you don't do any rodent control. Leave it for all the wild cats to sort out [emoji6][emoji848]

Oh and I need to start recording staff performance meetings. ( me and the old man)!!
not sure thats a good idea, what performance levels I have between my secretary ,part time harvest worker , lambing assistant, canteen manager ,parts coordinator and child minder for other junior partners is not for any outside assurance scheme . other than these meetings have diminished slightly in frequency over the last 40 odd years,

I've got 2 wild buzzards been around yard past couple of winters they seem very proactive around straw stacks and often sat on posts up the feed passages , I haven't mentioned them as part of my pest control policy yet !!!

Dead rats are incinerated, and you don’t have any spoilt bait; you bait for a period of time then take it all up and return left overs to the secured tub. You only bait when your traps show evidence of rat presence ?
