Ah right no worries I do a bit of shooting but few hours away from you,the best advice I can give is go And visit few farms when there not a busy time year not near harvest of lambing time etc. have a chat with them and if state that your willing to give a hand in return etc as you have done in your post.
I got some cards made stating what I do,

Yeah it's hard to get started but I no once I get going il build such good relationships with people hopefully they trust me enough to recommend to people they know im know I'm a good guy it's just convincing other people I am it's hard lol so many people get messed around they don't want to open there doors to other people cheers benn il keep chipping away at it

Ok nice air rifle I would see if join air rifle club get friendly and somebody might share there permission and may lead to more.
Got a cz .17 hmr
20 bore hush power
And my old trusty open sight 22 air rifle
Had a lot different rifles /shotguns over time but most fun was using air arms .177 s510 as have to use a lot more feild craft with air rifles.
Is there any local farms with bird problems around buildings down here everybody hates magpies around building as after beating swallows etc so perfect for air rifle.

Ye it could help as could make some friends and share permission which usually leads to more permissions.

hello everyone I'm new to this site
I'm looking for farmers who have rabbit control problems on there land within the Somerset, Devon, Dorset Areas. With help reducing rabbits. Having served in the Army for 15 years, I have developed a deep sense of responsibility and discipline. I am well-versed in following protocols and ensuring safety in all activities I engage in. Hunting rabbits is not only a passion of mine but also a way to contribute to local wildlife conservation efforts.
Its hard part is finding the permissions to hunt from land owners. Anyone has any advice on the best way to get permissions.
