Listened this morning, did anyone else.
We had National Trust (biggest uk recipient of bps)appealing for £36k to buy a replacement White Park bull. Followed by George Monbiot advocating-seeing the countryside by trespass!
Followed by "Tweet of the day" A man in a London tower block office who has formed "a raptor migration observation post." (Within his tower block office). Or did I dream it all ?

Probably not dreaming. As far as the general public are concerned farming is some strange outdated countryside tradition. Why not buy our food from Tesco like everybody else!
Remember farming outlook Sunday lunchtime, was all about farming, has now morphed into countryfile in the evening and virtually nothing aimed at people who live in the country, all for city folk.

Opening a supermarket to feed people is not new.
Back during the : Ethiopia famine an educated lady stood uo at a meeting in Exeter and said just would solve its problems.

Around the same time a labour politician was explaining that cuts in support would not affect farmers, they would just pay less in tax
