Rainwater Harvesting For Pig / Poultry Drinking

So roof -> crud filter -> big tank -> little filter & UV on the way to drinkers?

Or would it be better to have big tank and little tank, with mains topping up the little tank as needed?

Bore hole is a no. Cant stand the idea of all that roof water going to waste. 2nd method would allow un-UV'd water to be used in my sprayer too through separate fittings.

they're designed to supply 25000 birds, treated water is held in a tank that is constantly treated with ozone and distributed from this tank to the drinkers. Drop me a PM if you want more details.
