Any ideas to get a shearling ram Randy.
My lad tipped a few the first day & has now stopped jumping
ewes surrounding him but he’s not marking them. Feet & brisket fine???
Ideal, you’ll just need to wait until the ewes are ready now then , guessing there was no teaser in before hand sure it will be ok just keep an eye on the jobPut a ram lamb in this morning but he’s no better
Anyone would have got an ulcer at 110 times in 17 days. 17 months would be pushing it.I caught him up and had a look and he had an ulcer on his todger.
It hadn't put the randy bugger off his stride as he had stopped 110 out of his 123 ewes in the 17 days, but I can quite see how it might of if he had experienced pain every time he served a ewe.

Yeah I was gonna say the same but couldn’t work out a way without belittling Suffolk’sTurn a welsh ram in there
He might have already been in there!Turn a welsh ram in there
Their like a McDonald’s, it’s not Drive Thru its “Run and Jump Thru”He might have already been in there!
The welshie tup goes down the pub and on the way home tups some of the ewes while the Suffolks is sleeping. Then jumps back out and into his own field. It’s a storey as old as time.Their like a McDonald’s, it’s not Drive Thru its “Run and Jump Thru”
Might not be what you want to hear, but if i was you i'd be taking him out ( with a rifle if it were mine ) and stick a ram in that'll get on with the job, life's too short for that nonsenseEwes are ready & standing waiting
Carpet burns? If he's tupped a few and stopped, he must know what to do.
Has he hurt himself? Turn him over and inspect his todger, if you've ruled out brisket sores and feet. I had an Exlana shearling that was happily serving ewes last year, not that I ever saw him doing much, then I noticed a few returns at just past 17 days. I caught him up and had a look and he had an ulcer on his todger.
