i upgraded my surface 3 to win 10.
i tried to remove the ring Microsoft or your bank accounts etc will be encrypted virus from the surface but no anti virus would remove it.i disabled remember last session in the windows browser and when it would pop up i d close the program and start again.
i am now on win 10 and use chrome as my browser.both edge and chrome are now doing the same as in win8.can nothing rid me of this nuisance?vivaldi in win 8 seemed to be un affected.

I ve currently got messenger on my phone constantly doing similar. . Bit annoying as it doubles the alerts I get.
