Ratchet strap - spare parts

Being tight as a fish, I want to repair my existing ratchet strap ratchets rather than simply buy more new ones.

The short straps under the ratchet are wearing thin on several of my ratchets (I have had them 10+ years) and due to this wear, I no longer deem them safe for use when transporting stuff on the road. The ratchets themselves are perfect, though - I always keep them clean and dip them in oil every other week or so.

Here's the question - can I buy the short strap parts alone? The part I need is pictured below. I have googled around and can't find any.

TIA

In the days that everyone were using the ropehooks on trailers a short piece of chain was a good substitute for exactly what you’re after. You could slightly split open the hook and thread it into a link in a chain and then clamp it back together!! Opening it 10mm and clamping back will not weaken it as it’s been bent much worse when manufactured.
