Ratting permissions Kent/Surrey/East Sussex

Afternoon all,

I'm a farm worker and have a friend also, both of us with a terrier who are proven rat killers, looking for ratting in these counties. Just starting out at this but dogs and men are all keen as mustard. Both dogs are livestock broken.
