Hi. Looking for the micro switches that go in the box that controls the pressure.
From the parts list it doesn’t look like if can be purchased separately.

Have a close look at the switch and compare against the ones available here,
https://ie.rs-online.com/web/c/switches/microswitches-accessories/microswitches/
Micro switches are generally to standard dimensions

Thanks will have a look.
Will try and take a picture of the switch later.

I was wondering if I could by pass the switches. All they are doing is stopping the motor going out of range when adjusting the pressure from the cab.

Although if I plug the motor into the supply going into the micro switches the motor won’t work, but will if a 12v supply from another source is applied to it. Almost like the motor needs the micro switches to work.....

I wonder are the switches operated by that plastic cam in such a way that one switch is normally open and the other normally closed, so that there is always power through the switches if one is made and the other isn't and vice versa. I came across something like that before on a variator speed adjuster.

It would be worth checking the operation of the switches with a multimeter to see are they actually switching.
I m not familiar with that sprayer control unit , is there power coming to the switches?

As said above these are ‘standard’ issue microswitches and diodes. You can get them from anywhere online like RS Components, Farnell or Mouser.

Reminded me of this thread earlier this month for a similar thing with a Hardi sprayer...

You may as well replace the diodes for the pennies they cost while you’ve got the soldering iron hot.

PS - make sure you get IP rated (waterproof) microswitches due to the conditions.

I have continuity through the switches when I press the plunger in. The thin black plastic thing is what makes contact with the switch and stops the motor. To stop you over winding the pressure valve.
Have got 12v all the way down to connections that go onto the motor. Soon as I connect the wires the 12v goes.

I’ve got to go spray some flee beetle this morning. So will set the pressure manually.
Will get the switches out and have a good look for numbers etc

Thanks
