Drink nothing else.
There are no benefits, people argue it tastes better, that's about it.
There are some health risks with drinking unpasteurised milk though.

People will argue there are a lot of benefits beside it tasting better.

rubbish, everybody that has drunk shop brought then gone on to ours all have said the first thing they noticed was there nails grew faster and harder, kids go mad for it as it’s more tasty/creamy
There are claims for all kinds of natural products with not a shred of evidence. If they like the taste then fine but don't link it to random events. I never realised that faster nail growth was a selling point. What is the difference in calcium content between yours and shop?

Can the marketeers not come up with a better term than 'raw milk' as it maybe doesn't conjure up a great image in the mind of consumers. When you hear 'raw meat' being talked about, it is usually in the context of having to be careful with its storage and cooking, so I'd imagine that 'raw milk' would be considered by the public in the same way.

First of all,I never said it was a selling point!its what every single person has come back and said,it’s a visible thing that’s noticeable, not a random event.for what it does inside ur body?your guess is as good as mine! But if nails are harder and grow faster surely it must be a good thing?

Re health benefits.......I’ve been on raw milk all my life, apart from 6 months after foot and mouth, when we had no option but buy bottled milk. At my next dental check up after having our cows taken out with F&m the dentist asked if my diet had changed because my teeth had a loads of tiny cavities appearing in them. He was convinced it was because of the milk swap.

I was on a dairy farm today and I decided to buy some raw milk. Took it home and let my two daughters try it and to my surprise they liked it. Any body else drink raw milk and what are the benifts.

We drink all of ours raw, from our own animals ofc. With raw milk you get all the benefits of vitamins, minerals, omegas and good bacteria, which pasturisation can kill out. As long as the milk is tested every week with good results and the suppliers are trustworthy, then raw milk is more beneficial to the body than the stuff you will buy say from the supermarket :)

There are plenty of benefits. With pasturisation it gives everyone a safety net, they feel safe as if nothing can touch them, in actual fact pasturisation not only changes structure of the milk and kills a lot of essential nutrients from it, but it also does not get rid of some harmful bacteria's. If you want to drink raw milk buy it from a trusted supplier who tests their milk reguarly and has good rep. I don't see why you should not drink it or buy it from Farmers who are good, just because of a few rogue ones
