I'd be surprised they go to NH with Russells just down the road pushing them out.
Although I have heard rumours of a change with RVT
Russells? nearest is Derbyshire according to website? 60 miles away from Shrewsbury - a few other NH dealers much closer. If RVT go completely Blue there will be a big shakeup

One of the rumours circulating is that RVT are not only going blue but taking on Malpas area too, that would be a fair size territory although no bigger than Cornthwaites if they move in to cover JD putting them head to head over most of their areas.

However as yet it’s all rumour and speculation, it will all come out in time

Local rumours are they're taking on Case
Aren’t Pecks Case and NH dealers?
Don’t know how that works, dual franchise depots or a depot for each brand.
It’s a possibility that they could go dual franchise, which one at which depot depending on how strong the existing CNH dealers are close to RVT depots. How well is Case represented in the Sudbury area?

There's johnsons of Cheadle who also have a depo at Eccleshall and startin tractors who both sell around the area, whatever happens someone is having their toes trodden on.

Pontsbury Tractors Case as well
It’s all speculation at this point but SFM, NH dealers are only the other side of the village in the original Rea Valley depot and I’m hearing some rather disappointed comments from some NH customers.............but then again I hear such things about just about every dealer going.
No doubt the game of musical chairs will be disappointing for someone ☹️

It's all about market share and if a dealer isnt getting the right % of new tractor registrations then they will look at alternatives - JD have a huge market share in shrops Id say - RVT has been a strong presence for a long time, Fendt are now nibbling at the top end and NH would probably love to have a bite of the apple as well. NH have a void east of Shrewsbury and don't seem to see many big farms running blue

Well put.

It'll be interesting to see if the almost ubiquitous JD green, starts to disappear around from the roads around here.

On the NH front, Severn farm don’t seem to have the following/reputation that Ravenhill had before them which somewhat surprises me as it’s run by one of the men who made Rea Valley into what it was,
I did half expect NH to become the best selling tractor in the area

Just after the founder directors of Rea Valley had the rug pulled from under them there were plenty of rumours going around that one of them was the money behind new start up Pontesbury tractors and I can think of several loyal JD customers who bought a Case soon after.
I’m sure there will be a lot of loyalty to JD but there can be a lot of people loyalty too, wether key staff stick with RVT or move over to their replacement will certainly have an effect on both buisnesses
