Rebuilding muck heap with railway sleepers and RSJs.

Mrs Fred's stable muck heap has collapsed so I thought I would rebuild it using the railway sleepers from the old one, which are in very good nick. I was just wondering what the best steel uprights would be for the job- it needs to be an E shape and I thought I would dig out the holes with the borer, concrete in some new steel uprights and slide the sleepers down from above. I was wondering if you can get L shaped slots for the corners and a T for the middle to simplify things. Are there any steel folks who would know? :)
