Receiving RTK correction signal (crm+ or RTCM3) with smart phone app.

Hi, Looking to use my phone as a modem/rover to receive a correction signal, rather than a dedicated modem and sim card. has any one found an app that can do this. I have found a Bluetooth dongle that I can use to send the data from the phone to the terminal. just need some sort of app to command the phone.

Does your phone have a radio modem? If not you may struggle!
You can use your phone to receiver ntrip rtk..... but again think you may need more than an app to get you going. Why and what are you looking to do with it

just looking to reduce the annual cost of running rtk. happy to pay a provider for the correction data but it as I have a phone that has a data connection it doesn't make sense to pay twice for that part of the system along with a dedicated modem,

just had a look at Lefebure, is the "NTRIP client" system something you've used to collect correction data before?

Hi. Where abouts are you? If you are in the states there's a company called DigiFarm and they have developed a device called the Beacon 3.0 which plugs into the serial port of your receiver and connects via Bluetooth to your phone/tablet to receive the NTRIP correction data via an app.
