Recommend me a press

I currently have a Simba unipress and am on clay Liam's, silt loans and chalk soils.

I'm looking to change it for a press with discs in rather than tines so that I can run it over stubbles in the summer to get a weed chit. Most of the ploughing I do I tow a press as well.

I borrowed a Vaderstafd Carrier this spring and it worked well on ploughing where I hadn't towed the press and also on subsoiled land to make a seedbed for S barley. The only concern I have with the Carrier is the wings bouncing and creating a really bumpy seedbed which happens fairly easily - especially if I ever put a student on it who spends more time on his phone than looking behind himself.

I thought about a Simba X press, but are the discs to scalloped and aggressive for getting a chit in the summer - by this I mean will they have to be run too deep to get them working properly? Also the levelling paddles on the Carrier have the potential to carry a lot more soil for levelling than the boards on my unipress - will this be the same case with an Xpress?

I think the new style Carrier is hydraulic folding which would eliminate the wing bounce, but I can't justify the cost of a new one.

Is there another make I should be looking at? 240hp on the front.
