can any one recommend a good (neat) loader for a 3095 1.5t lift minimum

Don' t know your circumstances, or your reason for wanting a loader on a 3095. But have you considered a second hand Loadall such as a 525- 58 or similar from the 1990's? You can pick up a tidy machine for about 8k, or even something a bit tatty for perhaps six.
However, these may be more than you want to spend, and if so good luck with a second hand loader for the 3095.

Would a 3095 be a bit cumbersome with a loader? I only ask as I am considering a 3095 myself. I was looking for a 3075 with loader but there doesn't seem to be many about.

its not the answer you want but when I was looking for a loader for a 3120 the advise was don't!
spend money on a newer tractor with a power shuttle I bought a 6265 I know its 4cyl but you would not go wrong with a 6270 or similar. ... if you buy a tractor with a loader on its a lot cheaper than fitting one to your tractor.
if your 3095 is tidy would you get 7k for it? a loader might be 6/7k? you could probably get a tidy 6270 with loader for 15k?

I know its not the one you know but you would end up with a lot better outfit and a good bit newer

Yes probably makes sense unless you could get a decent secondhand loader for about £3k
