Recommendations for smartphones that survive farm use

My Moto G5 plus is showing severe abuse after only 2 years so I'm contemplating what comes next.

I loved my previous Samsung Xcover 3 but it succumbed to instability when it's 1.5Gb memory couldn't cope with my complement of apps hence the Moto G5. I'm a lowish data user, occasional teeter and regular voice caller. I use a few apps regularly and my phone is my SatNav.

I'm an Android devotee so don't bother suggesting any iPhone variant but what handset have you found good?

The Blackview BV9800 gets good reviews too.

I've been considering a change to something a bit more rugged myself
Personally I don't want anything bigger than 6 inch screen as it's just too big to carry around in a pocket when doing manual work. I've been looking at:

Cat S52
Samsung Galaxy Xcover Pro
Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4s
AGM X3
Nokia 8
Blackview BV5900
Samsung S10e
Ulefone Armor 6S
Moto G6 plus
Google Pixel 3
Doogee S95 Pro
Sony Experia XZ3

In a similar position myself i'm still using my old xcover3 thats i dont know how old but its outlasted every other phone in this household by a long way and its only in a leather wallet type case, I don't use many apps but memory is an issue its always full and battery is now sometimes dying at 30%.

Most of them are water proof now so buy anything you like and put a case on it I'd look at hewi or honor
Not sure this is the right thread but bare with me . I have upgraded my phone ( for me ). Got the new one thinking i could switch my sim to it but found out it needs a micro sim and mine is a standard sim so will not fit. Looked on line but i don't fancy cutting to micro size. Any fool proof advice would be welcome.

If your SIM is under 5 years old it'll almost certainly have cuts in it already to just press out the smaller bit. If not it'll almost certainly need replacing anyway to work with the newer phones.

Wouldn't be without my CAT phone now. Survives plenty of parlour washing water, and usual knocks and drops. It really is something you don't have to worry about.
Even had a cow stand on my last one. Everything was still in tact, but screen was blank. Still working if you could remember how your screen layout was.
Anyway, took it back to dealer, as there was no visual damage, so it was replaced foc.. ?

Just buy an Otterbox or Griffin or Spiegen and any phone is near indestructible.
I had an Otterbox for my Galaxy S3 but it made it huge and needed taking out to charge. It's an option though. One of the negative points in my view of the Galaxy S10e, AGM X3 and Google Pixel 3 is they have a glass back: way too vulnerable.

Just wondering what anyone using now.
Plus will be first time they'll be using smartphone to.
Or is it just to get everyday smartphone, just get hard case.

iPhone with edge bump protector no screen protector.
Constantly falling out of my pocket getting dropped etc but still as new.
Don't know what you guys do to yours but can only remember cracking a screen once when phone fell off the wagon I was stood on and landed edge on onto some concrete.

Always use a bump protector and tempered glass screen protector on an iPhone.
Cracked the glass a few times but just peel off and change for £3.
Phones like new apart from where dusts gets in such as beside charge point hole etc.
