We pay a salary so roughly £460 gross weekly = 24k, so about £375 take home weekly.

There are farmers and contractors in Northern Ireland paying £50 flat rate per day and a day ends when your finished, At least i pay overtime after 6

The words "little bales" tends to get them running for the hills

I've only had a six pack once in my life, and it was after a month of carting and stacking "little bales". It was the fittest and strongest I've ever been! Weird how the yoof of today would sack that job off, but think nothing of going to the gym everyday because they want a better body. Anyway, I went off to Harper after that summer and the six pack soon turned into a 2 litre party pack.

Had a young lad call in there looking a start, he just done 80hrs work for a contractor at the silage...... got handed a cheque for £240!!!! He did the right thing though refused to accept it.

have said before £30k ten years ago and a free house,if not happy you have to ask or move on
