DD9.
Wonder if that’s the position that comes up with gems like monitoring staff for excessive perfume use or that opening of doors must be justified.

might be good fun........

Compliance Executive

hmm sounds like a job for a little hitler wannabe to me.

hope anyone applying realises it will only be stop gap employment😂😂

Doesn't sound like that at all. Did you read the job description?
Lots of companies hire compliance staff and managers, in fact the farm just up the road from me has a compliance manager.
Why would they be "a little Hitler wannabe"?

I never bothered to read job description. No need, it’s RT, Compliance exec means little hitler 😂😂

Edit- having now read the job description I can confirm it’s standard RT policy of providing employment for the otherwise unemployable!

All at our expense.

It's probably a crap job, probably doesn't pay very well for all the nonsense they have to put up with and is probably a position that sees a high turnover.
Still a job though, might be handy to have on a cv for someone trying to move up the ladder. I don't know why you'd think them unemployable.
It's just a way to make a living

You obviously have never had any dealings with RT or realise how utterly pointless there money grabbing existence has become. There nothing more than parasites living off farmers backs and offering nothing in return

The people that work for RT didn't do that though did they, they're just employees. If the scheme ends they will lose their job and try and get something else. Just like any other worker in any company, calling them parasites isn't really on.

No one is forcing them to work for RT, they chose to be employed by a pointless quango.

Going forwards, a position at RT isn’t going to look good on anyone’s CV when there looking for another job!

I had a lovely inspector Frank Smiley was his name, he used to bring bits of broken mower etc for me to weld up for him at every inspection, a real nice chap, he packed up as he said it was just getting stupid, that was 10 or so years ago now,
To be fair my current one is a nice chap, practical but then I think he works for a series of these type of bodies now, bit like a career inspector
