Does anyone recognise any of the red tractor numbers?
I think it's possible to check up on the database.Does anyone recognise any of the red tractor numbers?
So contrary to what RT say, it's not traceable to the farm of origin if there's a problem. It's only partly traceable.
Put another way, if there was a problem with a bag of flour, how could you trace it?
Yes, we want "wheat in this pack if from 3 farms - x,y amd z."We want the farm..not the farms.
I have successfully argued this for the last 4-5 years and have only had to have minor beefBut not 100% pasture based as can feed whole crop cereals.
Maybe it should be forage for life.
Can you please highlight where PFL exceeds organic standards.
Having a discussion myself with RT about major beef v minor beef with dairy.
They want me to pay for major beef for cull cows. Whereas I suggest it's a minor part of my operation and therefore should be included in my dairy assurance fee.
This brought back the “buzz word” of the day from the early ‘70s and my time at Writtle and the response from Ag. engineering lecturer Bill “Tuf” Butterworth,While your all discussing fraud.
Regen agriculture now that another fraud.
No standards
No legal definition
Buzz word like vegan, sustainable
Don't forget to tell them about how you had massively damaged the environment for the past x number of years using a degenerative farming system
Perhaps you could point them in the direction of someone who has been always farming with nature rather than against it rather than jumping on the band wagon.
Why bother? They have now admitted it's all put in a big bin, it's all farm assured (possibly, no way of telling), but that's it.So is there a place I can look up a RT farm code? It occured to me that they could put any number and I would be none the wiser.
They say it's only uk wheat...Encouraging to note that they are only using UK wheat though?
It would rather blow a hole through that reply if those membership numbers were found to be in any way lacking...
Of course RT have helped concoct that response, Tesco would chuck the problem back up the line. That is what FA is for.
It certainly doesn’t say that in their reply. It says it includes some U.K. produced, but doesn’t say only.Encouraging to note that they are only using UK wheat though?
There could be 99% imported and that reply would still be truthful. Disingenuous, but truthful.Ironic smilie required please...
If there is actually any imported grain blended into that flour, then the whole reply is a fraud.
If the truth were known they just havent a clue where it's from and the whole reply was made up.It certainly doesn’t say that in their reply. It says it includes some U.K. produced, but doesn’t say only.
You haven’t got a clue wether the reply was made up and certainly no wat of proving it.If the truth were known they just havent a clue where it's from and the whole reply was made up.
Just like the whole RT tick box exercise placed infront of us which our twelve year olds fill in for a small fee. Even her teacher was mightily impressed at the detailed project.
Could you DNA test the flour to determine the varieties ? If there are any non UK varieties....Ironic smilie required please...
If there is actually any imported grain blended into that flour, then the whole reply is a fraud.
