Sir Humphrey Appleby would be good to act out the spin from AIC employees of why UK grain can't possibly be 'assured' in exacrly same way as imported.

Also the spin of why it's OK to have two completely different standards for the same product (grain), based on country of origin, especially as we've already got better legal standards.

It would need Sir Humphrey to do this. Everyone else who's tried in real life hasn't been able to give a convincing reason, or indeed any reason at all.
