We've a bull Platt here.What about the small field next to the yard? A Platt or a calves platt. Also used for the area where machinery is left (ie abandoned for the winter, as in "park up the bale trailer in the platt, will ee buy?"
Yep, got a platt here full of machinery and the hay shed, about a half acre in size.
