More unnecessary b0llox just to carry on doing what you have already done and criminalise you if you don't ....marvelous ,

you must like form filling and regulation !
I don’t enjoy additional bureaucracy, but I don’t make a mountain out of a molehill either. I’m sorry that I don’t fit the thread narrative! #carryonranting

And all these little molehills end up being a mountain when added up !!

Makes you wonder how we used to manage before we didn't have to fill all these forms in 😧,
its such a saviour to us ......

FFS you have trouble getting banged up for murder in this country and they want to criminalise spraying lol ....

The difference is that all of these regulations don't involve courts. The government departments are free to decide for themselves, make up the rules, be their own jury, and then decide on the penalty to be applied to you.

No chance of a fair hearing.

Just tried down loading microsoft exel form off government website link and cant make anything of it. They want you to print it off, fill in and email back. I cannot get it to fit on a normal A4 sheet, either portrait or landscape. Why cant you fill it in online and just submit ??
Is it me being thick ?

I have still had no official communications from DEFRA regards this :scratchhead: Anyone read the legislation? It spawns out of EU legislation... What happened to the bonfire of Red Tape you deceived Brexitiers promised us? Presumable every farmer in the EU has had to sign up to a similar database.... yeah sure they have, we are probably the only ones complying with EU regs and we are not even in the EU now :cautious: Depending on how you read into the EU legislation we should also expect another database soon for anyone storing or administering animal meds....

Estimate of quantity used  When it comes to PPP's quantity is rather influenced by the qualities of the products used.... and probably a little bit on how much my agronomist thinks he is due a cruise.... :bag: Anyone worked out a typical L/ha value?

I note provision in the legislation that if they decide to undertake any inspections, and any inspections would be done by the HSE, the costs of any inspection shall be paid for by the inspected....
