Removing stuck bolt

Can you put a picture up, then we may be able to help you better,
Get a mag drill low gear slow speed, plenty of cutting fluid and a good quality drill, bore it from one side only right through, then a bigger drill through again till most of the meat of it has gone, then it should knok out,

A Pitney hand held drill going to fast will just eat drill bits,

Edit, you can not have a big enough hammer, the bigger the better, with a good drift, and don't tap it, hit it hard and good square on,

Been using mag drill but it is only single speed unfortunately.

Also don't have a long enough bit just now.

As you can see bolt hasn't been tightened at some point so hole is ovaled. Need to remove bolt so it can repair hole in bracket and stop furrow moving.

of if its really really stuck and you have access to a digger and hydraulic breaker you can soon remove a stubborn pin or bush with one.
