Renault Ares bleeding brakes

How does one bleed the brakes in said machine. I had a broken pipe now replaced so all fluid lost. never bled brakes before on anything

there will be a bleed nipple on top of each of the trumpet housings and the trailer brake valve. sometime one up by the master cylinders as well

You may need a pipe to go from the test point on the master cylinder to a point on side of gearbox.
We needed this for our massey and think they are similar backends
Borrowed one from local Claas agent

Get your mate to pump the pedal and then hold it down.
Release the bleed nipple until the pedal goes to the floor.
Tighten the nipple with the pedal still on the floor, don't let him/her release pedal with bleeder open.
Pump pedal again
Repeat until you get a good pedal, checking fluid level as you go

Pedals seem fine now but could not seem to find one on trailer line, so thats not working yet.

Think that is why I needed the pipe so that I could bleed trailer valve

I cant see anywhere on master cylinder to attach things. I will have to give it a good clean up and ring an expert if I can't see anything. Thanks.

Is there not a bleed nipple on top of the trailer brake valve unit?

Not that I could see but it was very dark and muddy.

backend is the same as massey but brakes on Renaults have there own reservoir and are not fed from backend oil.or the Renault I had did.the trailer brake valve is on the right hand side cover just in front of rear axle. square block on end will have bleed nipple on it
