Renault Ares brakes

Hi all.
I'm looking for a medium machine for my small unit and I've seem a nicish Ares 630 rz for sale but NO brakes. It's the qiadrishift box and all working. Now I know SFA about these so is a case of avoid or not. I hear a lot about brakes breaking up and shitting up boxes so anyone any thoughts TIA

Has it no brakes or just not pedal?

Described as pedal going to floor feeling nothing so could be no actuating pressure. Just wondered if these transmissions are susceptible to brake bits if it has lunched a disc or can the filters cope?

Master cylinders seals will be gone they were prone to that

Obviously very bad news if brakes have broken up, catastrophic damage can occur, the same as any other system that uses similar.

In this case it sounds more like seals and cylinder issues than brakes though.
