unfortunately it only sells wholesale to dealers.. if any dealer could ask about lcd screen i would appreciate it

The same has happened with the display on my Renault Cergos 350, luckily the rev counter still works and all the warning lights along the top still work.
The mechanic who looks after my tractors looked into the cost of a replacement unit and it was well over £650.
It's a shame I don't still work for a university as I am sure one of the electronics' whiz kids there could have just sourced and replaced the display itself rather than the whole unit.

the bad thing is while they have the product they don't tell me where they got it from so I can order it because I'm not a dealer

Do you not have a dealer nearby who could deal with Breizelec on your behalf??
Either send yours for repair or get an exchange unit..
