Renault fuel problem

I just had to stop mowing with Ceres 95 with mwm engine as revs slowly dying and down to 1200rpm. I have changed filter and found old filter clogged. I have bled system and got it running ,but now unable to get it to run above idle, any advice much appreciated tia

Is the fuel running freely from the fuel tank to the filter??
