Rental value of grassland over winter

I appreciate your input but if we assume winter grazing to be much poorer value than 6 months when grass is actually growing - what would you value that ground at for a whole year grazing? No sfp.
I thought £15-20 was generous but am interested to hear others views
Haha you know as well as I do it would be nearer £100/acre here in Wales

£100/ac annual rent without sfp? 3/4 of useful growing season in Apr-sept? £25/ac for winter grazing?
I think £25/acre is fair. Tbh honest people in Wales aren't being as silly re rents as they have been. Some blocks have been sold off because they couldn't let them.
