I am looking to lease land around the Bristol area for a new business. We are looking for between 3 and 8 acres of forest land, with access and a building of some kind.
We are happy to invest in the land by fencing/upgrading buildings if a long hold lease is granted.
Has anyone got any suggestion about how to contact local farmers, or have any land personally that they would be willing to lease.
Any advice would be much appreciated, I am very new to this (as you can probably tell).
