Hi,
I am exploring the idea of renting land to operate a summer dog activity holiday business and sustainable smallholding to live on (caravan) year round . I was thinking of approaching farmers to sub let land. I would want to operate from May to Sep initially and possibly year round in the future for the dog business. I have huskies and dog scooter so would ideally like to be able to create a track (this involves no more than mowing or marking a path with flags no permanent changes etc) and then to train new dogs on doing this too . Would not need services, nearby water would be good but water access somewhere would be great. Also would like woodland too if poss or land that is otherwise unusable would be good for dog walking.
I wondered what issues you lovely knowledgeable lot forsee with this usage??
