i would drill a hole in the center of it about 8mm, or a tight fit for the end of a pry bar, put pry bar in the hole, then move from side to side and up and down till it comes out, clean hole out clean, put a little instant gasket around the seating lip, fit new core plug, using a large flat ended drift just smaller than plug, give it a tap or two to seat it home, DONT over do it with the tapping as dont go till its totaly flat, just needs a little to seat it

You could just lift the one head off with the bad plug rather than all four at once but it would be better to replace all the core plugs in one go. If one has corroded, the rest won't be far behind.

looks like there are two gasket kits available, 1.2 and 1.5mm, so will need to strip and figure out which before buying. will need torque wrench too. expensive month this month

Take lots of photos before you start & as you make progress..
You will need torque settings for the head bolts/nuts.
Also tappet setting for rebuild. It's very good practice to keep the push rods in the correct order when you remove them, get a piece of cardboard, if it's a 4 cylinder put 8 holes in it & mark them 1/8. Put the corresponding push rods into these holes.

To remove heads
Drain block water, remove injector pipes, both manifolds, rocker covers off, unbolt rocker arms, remove push rods with a little twist as you pull them out keep in order, remove head bolts remove heads
Fit core plugs with a smear of sealent
Fit correct head gasket after cleaning all surfaces clean head bolts threads and blow head bolt holes etc
Put heads on then fit manifolds losely and torque down heads
Refit pushrods and give them a spin as you put them in to make sure they seat correctly, fit rockers and tourque down set tappets etc refit covers and fuel pipe tighten manifolds up refill with water run and check for leaks etc
Then when your happy no leaks refill with new coolant etc maybe best to drop oil aswell
You should be up and running
Just take your time a straight forward engine to practice on
