There certainly wasn't when they were still in production and even non genuine body panels weren't available back then. Still don't think there's anything available now except service and suspension items.

It’s a w reg and the chassis is sound except for this one place. The corrosion is near to tail pipe so the heat has speeded up corrosion .. the job is been done in someone else’s workshop which is only available at weekends
I have told owner to get some off cuts of round tube and box section and flat and spare tips for mig
This is sort of job where I decide what to do as I go along

How bad is chassis?
“Failures:
• Offside Front Floor excessively deteriorated floor to chassis outrigger excess corrosion (6.2.4 (a) (i)) - MAJOR
• Offside Rear Suspension spring mounting prescribed area excessively corroded significantly reducing structural strength (5.3.6 (a) (i)) - MAJOR
• Offside Rear Floor excessively deteriorated floor to chassis mount excess corrosion (6.2.4 (a) (i)) - MAJOR
• Offside Integral body structure or chassis has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of a body mounting sill excess corrosion near front seat mounts (6.2.2 (d) (i)) - MAJOR

Advisories:
• Exhaust has a minor leak of exhaust gases silencer (6.1.2 (a))
• Nearside Front Service brake fluctuating, but not excessively (1.2.1 (e))
• Offside Front Service brake fluctuating, but not excessively (1.2.1 (e))
• Nearside Front Outer Brake pipe corroded, covered in grease or other material (1.1.11 (c))
• Offside Front Outer Brake pipe corroded, covered in grease or other material (1.1.11 (c))
• Nearside Front Lower Suspension component ball joint has slight play (5.3.4 (a) (i))
• Offside Front Suspension component ball joint has slight play (5.3.4 (a) (i))”

That was 2019, is my ocd BIL’s vehicle from new and he has replaced it with a new style Jimny but doesn’t want to move it on.

Doesn’t seem too bad to me

I made one some years ago out of box section, 50x50x5mm

Cut the old tubular one out, welded some flat plate to the ends of the box section, cut the suspension arm mounts off the old X member and welded them onto the box section.

Notched the box section above the diff nose and welded a bit of box above the notch.

Wasn't the prettiest but was strong and worked well
