Repairing my shower fittings

Plumbing problem! The shower holder has broken and I need to get it off the vertical slide rail but can’t see how to remove the slide rail from the wall.

Help please!!

Theres silver caps top and bottom,prise them off and there should be screws

Will the cover next to the wall unscrew to reveal something underneath?
